Reserved weeks in advance just to be told “you haven’t been allocated a table and have to sit outside” in 3 degree weather! Ridiculous?! What is the point of the reservation?? Terrible service from the manager, wasted a long journey to come here and had nowhere else to go on Valentine’s Day!! The most basic thing an establishment can do is enforce your reservation. Terrible experience, forced to sit in the cold. Heavily recommend to avoid, same will be told to my colleagues.

A fuir! Nous reservons une table sur un rooftop pour profiter d'une belle vue sur Londres...on nous place tres loin des fenêtres en nous disant que toutes les tables sont bookés. Au final nous regardons des tables vides devant une vue moyenne. La terasse est partiellement ouverte, les sieges mouillés et ne comptez pas sur des chauffrettes pour supporter le froid. Endroit cher, musique à fond donc vraiment pas le lieu pour un petit apéro tranquille...

Le nouveau manager est super gentil ! Moi et mes amies y sommes allés le soir, pour voir le rooftop et avoir une jolie vue de Londres de nuit. C’était magnifique et le manager nous a ouvert une autre partie du rooftop avec une meilleure vue et nous a pris en photos ! L’endroit est magnifique ! Si je peux me permettre une remarque, c’est vrai que la musique était forte. Après, les prix sont chers mais ce n’est pas étonnant puisque c’est un lieu chic. Encore merci au manager.
